Localbird is an early-stage travel-tech company that offers concierge services for vacation rentals in the U.S. and Latin America. We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead our growth team and help us scale our business to new markets.


As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Localbird's growth strategy. You will work closely with the founders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to identify growth opportunities, create and implement campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. You will also be responsible for testing and experimenting with new growth initiatives and working with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.



  • Lead the development and execution of Localbird's growth strategy, working closely with the founders to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Manage a team of growth associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential growth channels.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize product improvements and new features that support growth.
  • Develop and maintain reports that track key performance metrics and communicate results to the team.
  • Work with external partners and vendors to create and execute growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to Localbird's growth strategy.



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a growth or marketing role.
  • 1-2 years of experience leading a growth team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for travel and the vacation rental industry.
